Situated in Bardiya National Park, Nature Safari Resort is run by owner Madhu Pokhrel and his team of local Nepali since 2010. Madhu has 30 years experience in tourism and jungle safari tour since the 1980s. Our mission is to provide the perfect setting for guests to explore the wildlife conservation in Nepal with accommodations ranging from 3-nights package tour to customizable daily tour.
Our resort is designed to provide our guests with a relaxed atmosphere while residing in an adventurous jungle garden surroundings. Our restaurant and bar, where we serves local Thakali (Nepali style) set meal, and continental cuisines, is the perfect place to share your everyday experience with nature lovers. Madhu will be adventuring in the jungle with his guests, and we warmly welcome you to stay with us and join the fun!

Nature Safari Resort offers varieties of amenities and services for your enjoyment. Below is some of the Resort’s features that will surely make your stay feel like home. JUNGLE BAR & RESTAURANT
We serve homemade family style Thakali (Nepali style) food made with organic vegetable straight from the family farm! Our chef Anita, prepares a different menu everyday, combining continental and Nepali food. You may also tailor your meal to fit vegetarian or other special diet upon request.

GARDEN
Nature Safari Resort was built around a lustrous jungle garden, with rooms and bar connected by winding garden paths. There is beautiful garden view in front of every room, with free sitting area and swing beds in secret corners of the garden. You may enjoy a cup of tea in your room’s front porch, or join our owner Madhu for a chat in the tea hut about his adventurous experience!

Nature Safari Resort offers 2 types of room: Room with AC and Room Without AC. All 10 rooms are designed by the owner and provided with free WIFI, bath towels, with hot and cold shower available from the attached bathroom. To further nature’s immersion, each bed is equipped with a mosquito net and a wall fans to help drive away bugs at night while sleeping like a jungle royalty.

Covering an area of 968 km2 (374 sq mi) Bardiya National Park is the most undisturbed national park in Nepal’s Terai (lowland region of northern India and southern Nepal). With the eastern bank of the Karnali River bisected by the Babai River in the Bardiya District, the park provides a perfect haven for diverse wildlife conservation.
